New manager gets bank rolling along
The arrival of a new manager has quickly catapulted an Ipswich branch from the bottom to the top of Heritage Bank's branch ratings.
Mrs Michelle Kuskie moved to Heritage's Ipswich Branch at Riverlink at the start of 2015, after more than 23 years in the financial industry, including eight years at Heritage in Toowoomba.
In fact, Mrs Kuskie won recognition last year as Heritage's Branch Manager of the Year and has spent eight consecutive years in the Bank's top 10 best performing Branch Managers.
It hasn't taken long for Mrs Kuskie and her team to deliver great results in Ipswich as well.
In March, Ipswich Riverlink was named Branch of the Month, as the top performer from among Heritage's 61 branches right across southern Queensland.
Making that effort even more noteworthy was that Ipswich had been ranked toward the bottom of the 61 branches when Mrs Kuskie arrived.
"I'm very excited about joining the Ipswich Branch, and have very much enjoyed getting involved in the community and meeting all our lovely customers," she said
Heritage Bank is known for its People first approach, delivering great products, fairer fees and fantastic service.
"We offer great value through our products and as a customer-owned bank Heritage provides competitive rates and fair fees and charges. This helps our customers put more back in their pockets each month," Mrs Kuskie said.
"We are the friendly point of call for all your banking needs and encourage everyone to drop into the branch and say hello."
Heritage also has branches at Booval, Springfield and Karalee.
