Masons of Argyle Lodge remember the fallen
THE Masons of Argyle Lodge have remembered the fallen - and one of their own - at a commemorative march marking 100 years since Gallipoli.
On Saturday the masons remembered Major Thomas Logan, a past member of the Argyle Lodge, who was killed in Gallipoli.
One hundred years ago the march was led by a contingent of Light Horse and the masons were in full regalia, along with many local residents who marched to show their respect.
The march on Saturday was led by the Light Horse Argyle Lodge along with the grand master and grand lodge officers.
In honour of Major Thomas Logan, a wreath was laid at the Forest Hill Cenotaph along with a ceremony at the School of Arts Hall.
