MADELINE Stuart, now the world's most famous model with Down syndrome, has conquered the Big Apple.

The Mount Crosby teen hit the New York Fashion Week catwalk at Grand Central's Vanderbilt Hall as part of the FTL Moda presentation of international designers.

Since launching her Facebook page in May, Madeline has gone viral on social media and has become the face of three major fashion campaigns.
