Four injured in separate snake bites on Coast
Two women have been taken to hospital following two separate snake bite incidents on the Coast.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman confirmed one of the women had already been taken to hospital after a snake bite reported from Nambour about 9.30am.
He said the woman sustained a snake bite to the hand from a private address and was taken to Nambour General Hospital in a stable condition.
He said paramedics were also on scene at a private address at Noosa Heads where another woman had been bitten on the hand.
She is also likely to be taken to hospital.
It comes after a child and a woman were rushed to hospital overnight following two separate snake bite incidents.
