Finance and law firm moves to Springfield

AWARD-winning housing purchase company Ladybird has recently moved to the Springfield area, with a new office space in Springfield Central.

The team held a morning tea event to celebrate the move on December 5 which was attended by Jordan's local MP, Charis Mullen, as well as the industry professionals who made their move possible.

Springfield City Group's commercial development manager Sean Ranchigoda, who has been invaluable to much of the recent development in Springfield, and who helped LadyBird in its move, also attended.

LadyBird has operated for more than 15 years, during which time it has maintained a high reputation, assisting people to secure their dream homes or expand their property investment portfolio.

With the housing market highly variable over the past few years, southeast Queensland is one of few major markets in Australia that is not experiencing a decline. Springfield is experiencing a huge infrastructure boom.

This is a great market for home buyers and investors, which made it a natural choice for LadyBird.

Previously LadyBird was located in Goodna but due to its success and growth, a move was necessary.

LadyBird is a local business which is familiar with Brisbane and Ipswich housing markets, and helping people achieve their financial dreams with "spot on advice and service”.
