Brisbane court evacuated after bomb threat
POLICE are responding to a bomb threat to the court complex in the Brisbane CBD.
The building on George St was evacuated about 9am this morning and staff have still not been allowed to re-enter.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said a threat had been made to the court complex but it was not clear whether it had been made via phone or by a person in the building.
Police are currently searching the complex but The Courier-Mail understands nothing suspicious has yet been found.
Police are treating it as a serious threat while they investigate.
More to come.
